Just like the foods that you put in your body, we believe that the products you put on your body should be as simple and direct from nature as you can get.

We started San Diego Bath & Body Company to share this philosophy. San Diego is one of the best cities to enjoy the outdoors year-round. We love the natural beauty of our home city. We want to keep San Diego clean and as beautiful as we can for generations to come. That’s why we are committed to making our products good for your body and good for the environment.

We have turned to Mother Nature to provide what we need. It’s easy to see where our ingredients come from: coconut oil, cocoa butter, Pacific sea salts – it doesn’t get any simpler than that. No weird long ingredient lists that you can’t pronounce.

Our products won’t harm nature since they came from nature. Our oils and waxes are 100% plant-based. Our products are biodegradable and won’t harm our drinking water supply or our oceans and bays. We never test on animals and we never use any petroleum or mineral oil-based ingredients. We use organic ingredients whenever possible. We don’t use any artificial preservatives. We make our products in small batches to ensure supreme freshness, quality and to avoid any waste.

Unfortunately, we have not found a biodegradable plant-based container for all of our liquid products. We are working towards that goal, but until then, we use 100% recyclable PET plastic containers.  We encourage our customers to re-use and recycle these containers.  We share this commitment with our customers who are welcome to return four empty containers to us in exchange for one free product.
